Adapting the production area to the requirements of ISO 8 Cleanroom
We present another investment by BART Sp. z o.o. | BT Cleanroom Engineering® in the CLEANROOM field. We have just handed over ISO 8 class Cleanroom rooms prepared for the medical industry manufacturer HTL-STREFA S.A.

The implementation included the preparation of infrastructure for rooms with an area of approx. 1,770m², including ISO 8 class Cleanroom rooms intended for the production of medical equipment with an area of 1,100m², the construction of a material airlock, a personnel airlock, buffer technological corridors, a room for packaging finished products, technical rooms servicing Cleanroom zones – with an area of 277m², as well as social facilities, reconstruction of HVAC installations, reconstruction of technological installations, and modification of electrical and sanitary installations.
Installation location: HTL-Strefa S.A. production plant in Łęczyca.
Implemented areas:
- Architectural industry: internal walls, suspended ceilings, doors, gates, windows, floors;
- Construction industry: substructure for sanitary and electrical installations, substructure for internal walls and suspended ceiling;
- Sanitary industry: ventilation and air conditioning, sanitary sewage system, hydrant installation, compressed air installation, vacuum installation, hot and cold water installation, technological heat and cooling installation for devices;
- Electrical industry: device power supply installation, lighting and emergency lighting installation, SSP installation, access control installation, automation installation.

The implementation included the preparation of an area of approx. 1,770m², including:
- ISO 8 class Cleanroom rooms intended for the production of medical equipment with an area of 1,100m² along with a production office;
- buffer technological corridors;
- personnel airlock;
- goods airlock;
- technical rooms servicing Cleanroom zones with HVAC installations with an area of 277m²;
- room for packaging finished products;
- technical rooms related to the service of rooms covered by the study;
- social facilities and toilets.

BART Sp. z o.o., under its own brand – BT Cleanroom Engineering® – offering services and solutions dedicated to the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and high-tech sectors, is currently carrying out several complex industrial construction projects. The company implements them comprehensively as the general contractor.
HTL-Strefa S.A. is a manufacturer of plastic parts for lancets, safe lancets for hospital use (holding over 50% of the global market share), personal use lancets, and insulin needles used in diabetes treatment. They are mainly used for blood sampling in glucose level tests (especially in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes) and cholesterol tests, blood coagulation tests, gasometric tests, HIV and HCV screening tests, blood group tests, allergy tests, paternity tests, and all tests performed from whole blood.
The assembly of medical equipment requires maintaining cleanliness of rooms in ISO 8 class.
